THE ROASTERY

At Retrofit Coffee Roasters, it all starts in the roastery—a humble 150-square-foot space that once stood as a run-down tool shop connected to my garage. With a little vision (and a lot of elbow grease), I retrofitted it into the heart of my roasting operation, where every batch of coffee is crafted with care.

Powered by an Aillio Bullet drum roaster, this little space punches well above its weight, transforming top-quality beans into small-batch roasts full of character. It’s a space that embodies what Retrofit is all about—giving new life to great coffee and making something special out of what’s already there.

It might not be a high-tech factory, but it’s where the magic happens. And from this tiny roastery, I’m proud to share something big with you—damn good coffee.
